Craignish Community Council have been informed of upcoming harvesting activities in proximity to Ardfern. The map within the link below shows the area effected.
Contractors hope to keep the impact to the local community to a minimum, With timber haulage routes passing back over the hill, minimising the impact to local drivers. Locals may well hear engine and chainsaw noises across the water though, although it is at a distance.
Felling is expected to be completed by March 2024
